1. Private Appointments & Consultations

• Boutique Access: Pearl Blanc operates strictly by private appointment to ensure an exclusive experience for every bride.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we request at least 24 to 48 hours’ prior notice out of respect for other brides requesting timeslots.

2. Orders, Customization & Alterations

• Measurements & Sizing: Gowns are ordered or customized based on the approved measurements taken during your fitting sessions. Any significant weight fluctuations or physical body changes post-measurement are the responsibility of the client.
• Alterations: Tailoring and alterations require dedicated time. Specific delivery schedules and alteration milestones will be finalized during your consultations.
• Lead Times: Custom couture and imported bridal gowns require lead times ranging from several weeks to months. We advise booking your gown well in advance of your wedding date.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website or quoted in the boutique are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise specified.
• A non-refundable deposit/payment structure applies to all custom orders and made-to-measure gowns upon order confirmation.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order, custom, and delicate nature of luxury bridal wear, all sales of bridal gowns, custom couture, and accessories are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been approved and placed into production.

All original media, photos, website content, imagery, logos, and design elements displayed on this website are the property of Pearl Blanc. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
